took leave today... went to the hospital to accompany my granny...who just had her operation on monday...now resting in normal room... i need to "relief" my mum so that she had some time to do her spring cleaning...
anyway...reached the hospital around 12 noon..overslept...*grins*... granny looked okay...she's sleeping...my brother came along too..so i had company...then was feeling hungry...went to buy lunch for me and bro...granny couldnt eat but was allowed to drink...bought noodles for both of us...which my brother finished half of mine..*laughs* luckily i smart..i buy sandwiches and chicken pies...so i had them to fill my stomach as well...and for tea...
then one nurse came in (not pretty by the way) to give my granny a cup of milo...my brother helped my granny up and she drank it herself...after which she watched "ah-cheng"(which is repeated on channel U and it's a boring show) and fell asleep occasionally....then another nurse came in (not pretty also) and asked my granny to sit on the chair for a while...and not lied down always...so we helped her out and she sat and talked to me...
then my uncle dropped by around 1 plus...and we all talked...then a doctor came in...(not handsome..sighz) and was asking my granny if she's in pain..if she felt like vomitting or if she had shitted...my granny said it's only painful if she moved...and she didnt feel like vomitting and she had shitted in the morning...and the doctor said those were good signs...he also said that my granny was recovering fine and should be able to be discharged by this weekend...HALLELUJAH!!! and the tumor was still undergoing some tests to find out if any of the cancer cells had spread...but from sight and touch, the doctor said that no cancer spells seemed to have spread... HALLELUJAH!!! but he cannot be 100% sure..anyway...he said normally there are chances of recurrence... *sighz*
anyway....after the doctor left...my granny suddenly said that she needed to SHIT!! wow..i panicked!! i was like..huh? what was i supposed to do...then my granny said...you pressed the bell for the nurse and helped me to the toilet...and so i did exactly....and so a nurse came (not pretty again) and helped my granny to the toilet...and then i waited outside for her..and could hear her shit coming out real loud and fast!! *laughs* then me and nurse helped her back to her bed...and she started to feel drowsy...me too....*yawnz*
then my uncle left...and auntie came...talked to my granny...and i fell asleep!! ha ha ha....after which i thought i heard my auntie and brother talking...and my granny snoring...and so zzz land...i went...suddenly i thought i heard my granny complaining about pain...but i just couldnt get up....*excuses excuses* but somehow my auntie and brother called the nurse and the nurse helped my granny and then everything seemed okay...and so zzz land i continued to stay....
then at around 4 plus...my auntie and brother left...and so i woke up...but was dozing off every other minute...*yawnz*...but my granny was sleeping most of the time...so it's okay that i dozed off..and then suddenly another doctor came in...(not handsome...sighz) and asked my granny the same questions..which the previous doctor had asked...and then my granny went back to sleep...me too by the way....and so...zzz zzz zzz zzz...
woke up at 530pm...need to leave the hospital for lesson at 630pm..called my uncle to ask if he's coming to take over...and yes..he's on his way..but may reached about 630pm but told me to go first...shouldnt be a problem...so i waited for my dad to call....and when he called...i woke my granny up and told her i need to go...and asked her to take care and that my uncle would be coming soon...and so i left the hospital at 6pm...
mmm...3 conclusions:
(1) i slept while my granny slept...
(2) i ate while my granny slept...
(3) there are no handsome doctors or nurses in Singapore General Hospital!! *sighz*
mmm....was taking the lift..and this guy came in...not cute...but quite okay...but still not handsome...should be a young doctor...thought he smiled at me *laughs* anyway...i was going to the 8th storey..and he going to the 9th storey...which is the lecture hall for doctors-to-be...which sets me to think that he's a young doctor....anyway he was staring at the floor most of the time... and i was sort of like "scrutinizaing" him...*grins* and then i reached my floor..and so i smiled at him *grins*...thought he looked shocked!! *laughs* and i thought he actually followed me out of the lift...and i was thinking..i thought he's going to the 9th floor...and then i thought i saw him walked back into the lift..looking embarassed!! *laughs*
mmm...by the way....my throat is feeling dry and my nose is about to run....*sighz*
