2nd Day of Chinese New Year...

mmm...second day of Chinese New year...according to my "schedule"...i am supposed to have a birthday treat from my auntie...and yes...i did have that treat from my auntie... *smilez* we went to Jurong Point...which is at the other side of Singapore...all the way to the west....to have dinner at Swensen's....ha ha ha..to think that i live in the north-east...and we travel all the way to the west to have dinner at Swensen's... AMAZING

well...according to my "schedule"..i would have nothing to do during the daytime...but hey...2 things happen....

(1) My brother's girlfriend came to my house.... and she even joined us for dinner...mm...this is the first time...my mum saw the girlfriend....quite interesting...not much reactions from her...haha!! everyone was nice to her...trying to make her feel at ease...she's quite nice also....held my granny's hand and walk...mmm...not too bad....getting into the good looks of everyone....

(2) A lion dance troupe came to my house for a lion dance performance...mmm...the lion dance troupe came at around 12 plus...was prancing and dancing around my house..managed to get a snapshot of it:

anyway....the lion danced around my house for half and hour..and apparently it is supposed to bring in good luck..actually i dont really know...but i guess good luck must be involved..if not....i cannot think of any reason why my mum would invite them to my house....have to prepared a red packet of 128 bucks!! anyway..after dancing around..they will form some auspicious words with some oranges....

well...after dinner....my whole family went to my uncle's house...which is at the north-eastern side of singapore... (AMAZING...ALL THE WAY FROM THE NORTHEAST TO THE WEST AND BACK TO THE NORTHEAST!!!) to GAMBLE!!! ha ha ha..this year..the "theme" in our family is BLACKJACK!! we all settled down in a circle and played the game till 1 plus... *sighz* i am on a losing streak...all in all..i have lost about 25 BUCKS!!!

ooh..went to watch "Constantine"...a show by Keanu Reeves....mmm..dont really quite understand that movie...there's no subtitles and all the actors and actresses are mumbling...*mutter mutter* ...yes..i know the show is dark....and eerie...and about devils and demons...but do they have to mumble to get that feel... but the effects are great..some scenes are nice.....anyway...am trying to find out more about this movie and hopefully i can get some "inspirations" out of it...but before any inspirations can inspire me..... I NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT MOVIE !!!! *laughs*
