genting highlands

isnt this view beautiful? okay maybe my photography skills are not that fantastic...but i thought it looks like we are somwhere up above the clouds....so romantic...just imagine i have a three carat diamond ring and i can put my hand up against the sky and it's like one of the stars...*laughs* anyway, this was taken from my hotel room...went genting with my whole family - 16 of us over the weekend...quite enjoyable but yet...there were moments of unhappiness...*shrugs*

(1) First cable-car ride: this trip up is my first cable-car ride up...havent taken the cable-car for a long time...i think the last time was in 1995 when i went to HK...*laughs* anyway, i think taking the cable-car is much faster and more fun...usually, my dad will drive us up...and i will get all giddy...breathtaking scenery of the tropical forest....although frankly speaking....i dont really know how to appreciate flora and fauna...*laughs*



(2) finally had the chance to take the rides...bought the outdoor theme park tickets for 34 ringgits...but only managed to play 2 rides..*sighz* the queue is so damn bloody long...took 1 1/2 hour to queue for each ride...and the ride only lasted for 10 seconds...damn bloody sianz...but the rides are very very exciting...was screaming all the way...not out of fear..but out of fun..because when i'm really afraid..i wouldnt be able to scream...*laughs* took it with my auntie and my bro's girlfriend...as the phobia for height runs in the males of my family...these 2 rides gave me the feeling of being thrown off the seats...which is fantastic...*laughs* too bad didnt have the chance to ride on other rides...

this is the rollercoaster which has a weird name...

not sure what you call this..but this is damn fun!!!

(3) because there are 16 of us...it's rather difficult to coordinate our meals...everyone has different opinions on what to eat and where to eat..but most of the time...uncle b will decide for us...not that his decision is not good..but somehow, he's rather stingy...he will order very little food and complained that we are all gluttons...but for goodness sake...as what my mum always say...there are 16 of us..and each plate only have 4 pieces...obviously 2 plates are NOT ENOUGH... and if we didnt follow his "instructions" on what to eat...he will be damn bloody pissed and complained that the food is horrible and it's so damn bloody expensive...frankly speaking...it's spoiling EVERYONE's mood...bloody hell...my mum always say..." he's too full of himself..making himself irksome.. " which i agree to a certain extent!! anyway, here's a picture taken after one of our meal...we made the napkins into rabbits...*laughs*



(4) oh went gambling at the casinos...*grins* and played at the table instead of my usual jackpot...but i tagged along with my uncle s and used his money...*laughs* he had 300 ringgits worth of chips and we lost ALL OF IT...actually was on a winning streak..but then i guess our luck went out...but it's alright..my uncle s said it's ONLY 300 ringgits...actually he's right..to him..it's only SGD150...this amount is nothing to him...given that he will buy his wife a LV bag almost every month...*jealous* but uncle j is really lucky..he won 1000 plus ringgits at his first try... so in other words, this trip to genting is FREE.... lady luck loves him...but my uncle b took his 1k and refused to let him continue playing...*laughs*

(5) one thing sad is that we did not manage to take a family photo...everytime we wanted to take picture..uncle b will be very anti-social...if not...we stopped for a while..uncle b will get irritated and say we are wasting time...if we dily-daly, uncle b will simply say we are a bunch of ignorant idiots...put is simply, he's simply the spoilt-sport...everything he said and suggested equate to FUN...and everything else equte to SILLY...this is so damn irritating...and if i were to rebutt him..he would tell my granny that i have become very rude and blah blah blah....*sighz* actually didnt take much pictures of people....just took rubbishy pictures...so sad...*sob sob*

in summary, i think we spent 50% of the time on the coach...20% of the time in the hotel room and 30% of the time loitering around...i wouldnt say that i totally enjoyed myself...but i wouldnt say that i totally hated this trip...i think i would say...it can be better...but anyhow, it's an enjoyable experience...

this is my naughty cousin, always hate it when i touch him....he's so damn bloody cute..couldnt resist not to show him off to people....when i took this picture..i went..."Keafe....1, 2,3" and he simply posed and smiled for me...
