*laughs* frankly speaking...this is the first "snail" i have seen and encountered...unbelievable...this "snail" is so incredibily slow...i seriously wonder would he die if there's an emergency and everyone has to evacuated the building within 5 mins...
anyway, i know it's not a good idea to bitch about people at work or even about work..but seriously speaking...i CANNOT help it...*laughs* anyway, i didnt mention who this person is..i'm just doing some general bitching...hopefully i will not be sued for slandering...
basically, we have a new person joining...he's supposed to be a C&N manager...someone who will read through our contracts to ensure that all terms and conditions are okay..someone with a good command of english..someone who understands the contracts and the legal bindings behind each of them...blah blah...anyway, he's new to our project..he just came from india...previous C&N manager also an indian...anyway, that's besides the point...but i must say he's really a "unique" person...
well, if i didnt remember wrongly....he went on a 3 weeks leave after he came onboard this project..*laughs* i mean..if you asked me..it's kinda stupid and duhz....why would any manager let the staff go on leave right after he took on a new job? and for 3 weeks!!! it was so damn bloody long that even the customer started to ask....*laughs* anyhow..this is just the beginning...
then he was given this task of presenting some data at some forum....and he's supposed to have transition sessions with my botak...and because i was asked to do the collating of data...i was in most of the transition sessions...and i must say..it's such a CHORE to be in those sessions...basically, am not sure if he's deaf or he's plain stupid...he would ask the SAME question over and over and over and over again...and it's getting on my nerves because the questions he asked are very simple!! but he has to ask again and again and again and to make matters worse..he would ask DIFFERENT PEOPLE the SAME QUESTIONS again and again and again...and he would ask the SAME PERSON the SAME QUESTIONS again and again and again...frankly speaking....everyone's irritated with his endless and senseless questioning...
another common feedback from people is that he's damn bloody slow...so damn bloody slow that people are not getting fed-up....he walks slowly, talks slowly and i think he's basically s-l-o-w...without a doubt...one colleague even commented..." i've found a snail who's slower than me "...*laughs* am not sure if he's just being careful or he's simply slow...he's so slow that i started to wonder...is he senile? boy...i'm such a meanie!!! maybe he's old...maybe he's just being extra careful and so certain things will take longer to complete..maybe he's just acting slow so that he could show his boss that he couldnt handle and thus some tasks would be taken off him....*laughs*
everytime i talked to him...i would feel very very very very very fed-up...the more i talk to him..the louder my voice will get...and at times..i thought i sounded rude...but i dont care..he's really getting on my nerves...come to think of it..he's like one of the auntie in my office...i think both of them should talk to each other more..so that they can understand how we feel...*laughs* but then again..i reckon they would realize it...and also...DO I LOOK LIKE I CARE? *laughs*
