over the weekend, i've met with 2 rude ladies...sooo irritating!!!
on saturday, i went to Jumbo Serangoon Gardens for dinner with my family for my cousin's birthday...and so i drove there.... and basically, i missed my turn to turn into the carpark of the restaurant as i wasnt very sure..thus, i wanted to sort of turn into a public carpark and come out of it...but there was this car that stopped right at the entrance of the carpark...
so basically, this stupid car stopped right at the entrance..and i wanted to turn into the carpark but i couldnt..and because the road is damn small, i'm sort of obstructing the traffic..and so i horned at the car to move in...but there was no response..and so i thought the car was empty...and then this girl came out of the driver's seat and then went back in...and so i thought she was going to drive the car away from the entrance..but she didnt..and so i horned at her again to tell her to move in..but still the car remained stationary..and so i horned again..and mind you, my horns are not the loud and long kind..i was nice to enough to give her short horns...and then my uncle wanted to get out and told her to move in but my auntie forbade him to do so for fear that the girl might be a road bully (hahahaha!)...and so i horned again, hoping that she would move into the carpark...suddenly, this auntie came out from the passsenger's seat and shouted at us :" we're also waiting for a lot! cant you see the carpark is full? cannot see when you drive past meh? horn for what? "
well..my reaction was to just drive away my car...i guess we were all very shocked that this auntie came out and shouted at us with broken english..as my family took about 2 minutes before started commenting how rude she was..hahaha! i mean basically, how would i know she's waiting for a lot? and also, the driver should have told me the first time she came out of the car...and then the auntie need not shout at us..she could have just told us the reason why she's not moving her car...HOWEVER, i think she shouldnt have parked her car at the entrance in the first place....this is sooo inconsiderate!! i mean if i were her..i would have moved in..and if i see other cars coming in..all i would do is move out of the carpark and go in again...basically, this carpark only has 1 lane and so you cars are not allow to wait inside if others need to get out...and thus, i think this is why the auntie thinks that she's right by parking the car RIGHT at the entrance!! i mean come on..be more considerate and use your brains..am sure singaporean drivers are not that horrible...sometimes, i really hate women drivers...they always dont think out of the box when driving! argh! wait, i'm a woman driver too..haha but seriously, i dont think i'm at fault..but i do regret not rebutting her at that moment..but then again, what can i say? "eat shit and die?!" hahahahaha!
then on sunday morning, i recieved a call from KrisFlyer...basically the reason why they called me is i rang them up with regards to my profile and also retrospective mileage claims...previuosly, my tickers for NY was not shown in my records when i logged in and so i called them up to find out and they told me it's because my account and my air tickets do not have the same name..and they have said they will changed my account and that i could redeem my miles retrospectively..and so i did...however, i noticed that my profile was not changed and one of my redemption was not approved..so i called again to find out why..and because all the operaters are busy...they have said to call me back on friday..but they didnt...so already they have broken their promise...
so basically that lady ask to verify myself by asking some questions...and then when she finally verified..she said.." so you're are normal member, how can i help you? " duhz, what does she mean by i'm a normal member? i'm afterall a customer right? this is soooo degrading...so does she mean my feedback and whatever is not valuable at all? she is such a bitch!! anyway so i told her the problem and she kept telling me to fax in my passport details and submit the retrospective forms to her when i'm trying to tell her this was not what the previous customer service officer told me..but before i could finish my sentence, she went.." i know miss wang, but we......" argh..i was soooo pissed i told her.." CAN YOU LET ME FINISH FIRST? " and finally she stopped cutting me off..and when i'm done..she repeated the same line to me again...stupid woman..then i said.." but this is not what you guys have told me earlier.." and all she can say was.." i know miss wang, please fax in your passport detials and the retrospective forms and we will process it for you"... and so i decided to stop talking to her and told her "okay, i'll do it" and i could feel her eyes roll and giving me the you-should-have-said-so-earlier vibes via the phone...so irritating!!!!
well...as a matter of fact...i'm NOT going to do it...i'm going to call Krisflyer again..ask for the name of that bitch...get the name of the manager..and write in to complain about this bitch..seriously, they are giving me mixed instructions and caused me soo much trouble just to get them to call me and all the rubbish..also it wasnt my fault that my profile was being set up wrongly..it was not me who sent in the details..but it was AMEX...stupid!! and then they were being so rude to me during the call..so what if i'm a normal member and not some big-shot frequent flyer? i may have the potential okay? anyhow, i'm so going to make a BIG fuss out of this...and as for that bitch, she better start praying that her job is safe..hahahahaha! actually i dont think they will sack her but i hope they reduce her bonus and blah blah blah...soooooooooo pissed!!!

Oh yea that teleoperator is such a biatch. "So you are a normal member" wth man. Make sure you write in and complaint.
I have simple exprience with the URA very very screwed up I have 2 people telling me two different things. In the end I complaint to the 3rd person who eventually got a simple task sort out. I wonder why people like to make our lives difficult.
